The bottom line is, a home is worth what a buyer is willing to pay for it. What a buyer will pay for your home is a function of what other choices they have, where they are shopping, and what kind of home they are looking to buy.

What we do as agents is look at your property and compare it to the other choices that buyers have out there. We then use that info to help you price your home at a place where you will get the most amount of money possible in the shortest amount of time.

The good news is that our average time on market is 30 days. In less than a month, we are successfully selling homes like yours. We do two key things to sell your home. We also do everything to market the property, so that the whole world knows about it as quickly as possible.
