Right now, there are more homes for sale than there were just a year ago. What’s more is that there are currently as many homes selling in 2019 as there were in 2018.

For sellers, that means you can expect plenty of buyers in the marketplace. For buyers, that means right now is potentially one of the best times to purchase a home—there’s more inventory to choose from, and interest rates are still historically quite low.

In addition to this brief market report, I wanted to share some information with you regarding my team.

Many of you have known me for a long time, and even though some of you have never met me, we’ve helped you or have been involved with a real estate transaction alongside you.
