If you’re a buyer, inventory is rising, but so are interest rates, which means you shouldn’t wait too long to make your move. If you’re a seller, it goes without saying that the best time to list is when there are fewer homes for sale.
As I just said, inventory will keep increasing as time goes on, so you shouldn’t wait too long either to take advantage of our market.
