I want to talk about the time of year that we're in. It's almost the end of the year. That means a couple of things to a lot of people. First, it means that they’ve started thinking about and planning for the new year. If you're one of those people that has a real estate plan or real estate need in the new year, call us as soon as you're able. We'll be here working, so you can call us any time this month. The reason I'm saying that is not because I want you to call us.
