In the past, when someone wanted to sell their home, they would contact us; we would meet them, talk to them about what to improve in their home, and finally tell them how much their home is worth. If everything goes well and our goals align, they'll hire us, and we'll get the job done. 

A lot of things have changed since then, and personally,  things have gotten better. What I mean by this is that home sellers now have more options when selling their properties. When first meeting with a seller, the conversation is as much about their options as it is about anything else.
